I found a coupon for a $25 HVAC Inspection for this company and I’m so glad I did! My A/C unit was circulating cool air, but the temperature in my house was rising despite the unit running constantly. I put in a service request and the company owner promptly called me to discuss the issue. I was not expecting an inspection or repair to take place the same day, however, a tech was able to come out within an hour. Dustin arrived and demonstrated professionalism, competence and courteousness all the way to the end of the visit. He inspected the unit thoroughly and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He pointed out issues to look out for in the future and provided recommendations of how to make the unit work more efficiently. I greatly appreciated the amazing quality of this company’s customer service and will definitely continue to use them when needed!
